Undefeated Bulls’ Star Zach LaVine has Torn Ligament in Thumb

Reports are still coming out about LaVine’s thumb injury, but it is known now to be at the very least a torn ligament. After practice on Wednesday LaVine told reporters “I felt better than I did in the game, when it hurt a lot more,” after which he added his intention to play in the next game, which is good news for Bulls fans. The Bulls have gotten off to a strong start after they invested in their young core this offseason. If LaVine’s injury doesn’t become a long term problem, it looks like they could be poised to make a run in the East. It definitely helps that this is to his non-shooting hand, but it will still affect him for at least the next month.
