Miles Sanders Carted to the Locker Room with Inversion Ankle Sprain

Sanders suffered a right ankle injury and had to be helped off of the field. Sanders tried to change direction and his right ankle rolled, the classic mechanism for an inversion sprain at the low ankle. While he is officially questionable to return, I believe his day is done. Sanders will undergo x-rays at the stadium then an MRI on Monday. If this is a grade 1 (mild) sprain he could play next week, but a more serious sprain could sideline him for 2-4 weeks.
