Gronk is Officially Questionable but Expected to Play

The Bucs should have their tight end back on Sunday. Gronk missed the last month after a big hit left him a punctured lung and multiple rib fractures. Players can often return quickly from a single non-displaced rib fracture, but when multiple fractures and lung damage are involved it can lead to a lengthy absence. According to our algorithm’s projections his numbers have improved significantly. While it will still be painful, he should be able to play fairly well. A flak jacket and injection before the game will help with pain management.
