Parker suffered a setback with his hamstring this week and has been placed on IR. That means he will miss at least the next three games. It’s yet another injury to add to his lengthy list. Parker was hurt on October 3rd and returned in week 8, but then he aggravated it at practice. According to our algorithm he had not yet reached his Optimal Recovery Time, so the Risk of Re-Injury remained High. Now he is looking at another lengthy absence and a season nearly ruined by injury. Parker is likely to fall in the High Risk category for the remainder of the season, even once he is cleared to return. Hamstring strains are highly recurrent, and now he’s had two within a month.
Sam Darnold Will Land on IR and Miss 4-6 Weeks
Darnold was sent for further testing on his injured right shoulder, and scans revealed a scapula fracture. He is going to land on IR and
